How to Work with Me

If you feel called to work with me in any of these areas, or in an area not listed (for discussion), let's book a clarity call so we can get started!

With each offer you will receive a free 30 minute introduction session prior to our first formal appointment where we will go over the area(s) you would like to focus on, and to cover some basics of working together. After each session, I will send a follow-up email, summarizing the main messages of the meeting, to include an actionable, if appropriate.

If you are working with me on an ongoing basis (offers 1, 2 and/or 3), I will connect with you via email in between sessions, (typically once per week, but there is some flexibility depending on your own personal needs and schedule), to check-in to see how things are going and to address any major concerns prior to our next session together.

Each coaching session is via Zoom, with the option of in-person sessions if you happen to live locally in my area.
